Vive La France!

Do you think it was right for Carla Foster to be jailed for aborting her 32 week pregnancy after lying to a clinic to get the drugs needed?

She was jailed for 14 months under s68 offences against the person act.

It does show the need for proper medical supervision either way.
When abortion was legalised it was believed that it would be strictly regulated.
Today abortion tablets are sold on line and over the counter.
One woman in Belfast used those tablets and threw the kid in a wheelie bin.
It was discovered by binmen when they looked in side the bin.

The cow was prosecuted but she was portrayed as a victim and got off with a warning.

A completely different concept in law. The two are not the same.
Yes they are.
Laws are just laws made be society, they can change.
The fundamental laws of science and life never change.
You either exist or you don't.
There is no middle ground.

Things like viability and suffering. I thought you might have known that.
What suffering are you referring to.
If a child is unviable, then nature will take its course and a miscarriage will result.
Abortion is an induced miscarriage designed to destroy the life of an otherwise healthy baby.

@Vinty Not sure if you answered my question from a few days back. Albeit these will be a minority of cases, are you suggesting a woman who's raped and becomes pregnant should be forced to see the pregnancy through?

If a child is unviable, then nature will take its course and a miscarriage will result
A foetus could be extremely brain damaged and be viable.

You would want an extremely brain damaged foetus to be born, forcing the parents into a lifetime of full time care.

Those parents could however terminate then either try again later on and have a healthy baby or they could adopt.

I note you refuse to pay more taxes to pay for all these abortions you want prevented and forcing women into a lifetime of poverty

What suffering are you referring to.
I'm referring to things that are taken into account when drawing the line at 24 weeks.

If a child is unviable, then nature will take its course and a miscarriage will result.
That is just nonsense.

Abortion is an induced miscarriage designed to destroy the life of an otherwise healthy baby.
More nonsense.

Abortion is an induced miscarriage designed to destroy the life of an otherwise healthy baby
The potential to be a baby, not a baby

If you don’t like a potential to be a baby being stopped you must be against contraception as well…..think of all those babies contraception has prevented.

Laws are just laws made be society, they can change
And the laws in some states in America have changed making abortion illegal

Has it benefitted anybody?

A = no, all it has meant is that women in those states travel elsewhere to have an abortion, apart from the very few extremely poor women who can’t afford it.

That’s what irresponsible people like you have done.

You aren’t a women, you are just a selfish man trying to impose control over others because you are a brainwashed unionist.

People living in America's Bible Belt drive the debate towards revoking abortion rights through the State legislature and on to a nationwide ban. Politicians are elected to campaign in Congress on their behalf.
America's bible belt is the backbone of America.
Thats why America supports Israel.

There are more American evangilicals of Irish descent than there are American Irish Catholics.

The Scots Irish were fundamental to Christianity in America.
Billy Graham was of Scots Irish descent.
The belief that all life is sacred, is a core belief in Christianity.
