Wall mounting a TV on dot and dab

I would like to think that would be a double leaf wall with a cavity containing insulation.

To be fair I wouldn't have a clue. All I know is these are built cheap as anything lol.

My only regret is, I didn't want to cut through one of the battons for the cladding, so the TV is slightly more off centre than I feel visually happy with.

drill straight through and get your neighbour to put their telly in the same place....................
Haha I did think that. Could make a feature of it, although I think it's his bedroom...and he is a naturist / nudist lol

Thought I'd comment here as I've seen a bracket fixed to a dot and dab wall using corefix.

I was invited to hang on the bracket.

I did advise I was well heavy (163Kg) but was encouraged to go ahead.

To my astonishment, it held fine!
