Charcoal bread. 
The new toaster will take some getting used to:
Set it on '3' for the inaugural slice, as used before on the old one, but this one's more toasty so '2' it is from now on.
It has a bun warmer, too, so that'll be a hit at the weekends and parties.

Bought some smoked haddock from the fish counter in Waitrose. Gotta say it’s a world of difference from the packaged or frozen stuff. Price to match though - that one piece cost me nearly six quid!
