Yes I have looked but I was thinking more of not going down the FENSA route but notifying to fit your own on your house or more so that I have already had it done by a non notifying person.
Not for me but from someone I know who is now selling their house and might encounter a problem.

The correct way to notify would be via a Building Notice submission to your LABC.
