The difference between a boy and a girl is that a boy cannot be forced to have sex with a woman, he would have to be aroused before he could perform the act so if he is aroused he must be enjoying it.

Either gender could be coerced, or persuaded against their better judgement, or otherwise "made" to have sex when they would rather not - physical violence does not have to be involved.

There's no suggestion that the boy was raped, and would we be surprised to find that there are 15-year old girls who'd quite fancy having sex with an older and more experienced man instead of their spotty and fumbling contemporaries?

Again - imagine the genders reversed - if this had been a 35 year old man and a 15-year old girl, how well would a defence of "it's OK - she was up for it" work?
