There's a programme coming on ITV which alleges that he was a paedophile, using his position to abuse young girls. Apparently there are women who have come forward to relate their stories regarding him.
If true it's amazing how it didn't come out while he was alive, another cover up?

Yep, even Jimmy Saville took a percentage of the money he raised.

He also got kicked out of his complimentary room in the Stoke Mandeville Nurses home as he was bringing back the wrong sort of person for the night.

But he was raising large amounts of cash so it wasn't taken any further.

I heard about this in the '80s.

The story in the link says that the victims in the programme were young girls. If there were boys involved as well that will surely come out now.

The guy was a complete and utter c**t. He was just another rich, flamboyant and powerful person who got away with it. Then somebody who is just off the street can make relatively minor transgressions and have their life ruined.
