Despite the majority of the UK voting to leave, Labour, Lib Dems and the SNP are doing their best to **** it all up. She's basically saying 'back me or sack me' and those muppets are hoping she's making a mistake. We'll see. I just hope after this victory the'll all shut up and get on with doing what's best for the UK and not what's best for their individual agendas. Perhaps they'll all resign like the losers did after the last general election? Here's hoping!

Do you have in mind the permanent abolition of Parliament and the courts, or do you just think it should be suspended temporarily as and when the Prime Minister of the day wishes?

Would you be equally happy for opposition to a future Prime Minister Corbyn, or past Prime Ministers Thatcher or Benn to be crushed?

What more is there to say? Did you not see her speech outside number 10 the other day? I think she spelled it out quite clearly. It is about Brexit. Governments will come and go forever. We're getting one shot at Brexit so we all need to pull together, not snipe and score points. I'd say the same whoever was in parliament at the moment. The last thing we need is an election in the final stages of Brexit negotiation so that's why its being done now.

Were there other parties in Parliament in September? Were there people in Britain who do not support Brexit? Were there people who wanted to know what the governments hopes and ambitions would be? Had she already been warned it would be a long and difficult job? Did she think she was National Dictator who could do whatever she felt like? Had the Scots voted Remain? Had the people of NI voted Remain? Did she think the people who don't support Brexit would change their minds? Did she think that Parliament was not entitled to vote? Did she think Parliament could be compelled to vote the way she wanted? Has she previously campaigned for an Elected Second Chamber?

We dont HAVE to leave, we could continue as we have done over the last Forty odd years it aint quite broke yet ! The EU Today is saying they will be pleased and accept us if we stay
When it does get "broke" we will have a decent excuse to leave .
Theresa does not wish Scotland to withdraw from the UK as Scotland is part of the UK Community (on Economic grounds, )

In the same way that for forty years all the Europhobes pulled together to make Britain's membership a success. And the Daily Mail and the Daily Express put aside their differences and didn't bombard their credulous readership with made up tales of woe. And Buffoon Boris didn't snipe with his false tales of bus safety and bent bananas. And the Tory governments didn't blame the EU for decisions they'd participated in and rules they'd helped to frame. And xenophobic plumbers didn't fill online forums with their hatred of foreigners.

Forty years of that kind of "pulling together" is just what Theresa needs.

That is how the system works but in no way was it a majority of the electorate let alone the population.

I notice the crowing when the system works in your favour but remember Farage's comments when he thought the slender majority was going to be the other way round.
