OK, so I will probably do what everybody else does have have a normal socket with an extension ... but, are there options bigger than these ....
that are not just converters, like these
Is it about how much one socket can handle or something? Ideally, behind my TV I should have at least 8 sockets (TV, bluray, set top box, xbox, nowtv, surround amp, stereo amp, record player - but a couple of spares might be sensible). I usually make do with a double connected to a couple of extension sockets, but it would be much neater to have fitted wall sockets.
I guess the only reason not to do this is if you decide you want to move your TV..... but I can't see that happening.
