Looks nice, but I think I prefer the thermal store, less to go wrong.

I've never fitted one, I don't know much about them. I'll look into it I've got a bit of time on my hands

Yeah, the pic was taken a bit before commissioning, you can also see an electrical box hanging above the store.

Those are indeed very nice and clean looking joints. I never thought about it much, I am super picky about the system design, pipe layout, having lots of shutoffs and drain valves and so on, but I really never thought to try to make the soldering look better. Which I suppose is a bit odd, because there are cases where I very much do care about how nice the solder looks.

I think yours is a good install alot of care. And that's the way we should all work.
