We don't have genius's anywhere in UK politics. All you could offer was a pensioner who has leanings towards terrorists.

If we wanted geniuses, we wouldn't have voted for a Buffoon.

However, we do have public health experts and competent public servants (before Patel and Cummings bullied out all the non-believers) who are perfectly capable of disaster planning. We also have experts such as those at Imperial College London. Buffoon was forced to listen to them after the outcry at his incompetent bumbling. He should have done it sooner.
