I would prefer Quinn, having been shown that it doesn't burn.Flammable material is used in buildings everywhere. Surely it’s how it’s encased that is important? I wouldn’t hesitate to use celotex under plasterboard.

You are confusing incompetence with benefitting (financially) - i.e 'gravy train'.It did a lot of work in London. I see the shocking quality of work, walls going up before everything was completed behind those walls.
Inspectors coming to see work I was in charge of, I would be told this and that was not right and would have to be changed. Then no one ever coming back to inspect......
