Got my invite for the covid 19 jab today

Just had ours this afternoon, popped into the vaccine centre as we were driving bye to ask what age group they were doing, they done it then and there - I think they had had a few 'no shows' so we got them instead.

So that is us pizered up, neither of our arms have dropped off yet, but I guess there is still time.
 
Just got my invite. 1 minute ago. Over the moon!! That’s it , I’m on air bnb tonight looking at villas!
 
My invite to my local surgery was ahead of a general one to attend one of the bigger centres, so I accepted that. SWMBO works at a school and the news suggested they were now tackling her age group at the big centres, so I rang them to ask how far they had got and to double check they had her registered from a year ago, when I took her with the forms to register. She wasn't registered, they had lost her forms, but they were a little behind the big centres. So I took her through the registration a second time and this time asked them to confirm they had actually registered her as a patient. She is now registered, just waiting for an invite for her.

She was anyway reluctant to have the jab, afraid of needles, but I have agreed to go with her, when the time comes.

Lucky for you the majority of the nation are going to have the vaccine which will end the pandemic.

I hope you appreciate what other people are doing for you as your attitude is utterly selfish.

Tell me Sooey would you prefer it if we still had small pox, polio or diphtheria.

And measles, mumps, whooping cough
