What are you having for breakfast?

I am in accordance. Incidentally, if I have breakfast, I feel peckish around lunch time. The two combined meals will however reduce the likelihood of me eating in the evening.

I honestly cannot remember when I last ate 3 times in one day.

Whilst not wanting to lower the tone of the conversation... my work is domestic. I am happy to use a customer's loo for a pee but I don't want to use it for the other stuff. I get rid of all of that before I bathe/shower in the morning. The downside is that I hog the bathroom until I am "empty".

I wish I was that disciplined.... I'm lucky I've got a big van..:notworthy:

Poached chicken toastie. Pc, sliced tomatoes grated carrot, cucumber, rocket or romaine hearts, s&p, slathered in ff mayo. ooof :)

Sounds like Oliver Read. No matter how much he drank, he never seemed to slake his thirst. RIP a fine actor and pi$$head.

I recall coming home from the pub when I was about 19. I put the telly on and stumbled across a fairly high brow current affairs programme. I would have switched channels were it not for the fact that Oliver Reed was a guest. He was totally wasted. He was rude, disruptive and misogynistic but thoroughly captivating. RIP.

Yes, makes for great tv, but you wonder what the producers were up to adding Oliver Read + alcohol to a group of intellectuals and media types. Unfortunately would never happen now.

He doesn't come across as captivating to me, he just makes himself look like a ****. Let me say I did quite like the guy and thought his acting was pretty good but captivating? Nah!

I’ve gone all 'elfy this morning. A weetabix, some oats, a splash of milk, a dollop of Greek yoghurt, some milled golden flax seeds, half a banana, some green and red grapes and a drizzle of runny honey. Not bad.
