Have you thought about how youll defend yourself from bands of marauders better armed and more prepared to use violence than you?

Have you thought about how youll deal with the immediate problem of piles of dead bodies before you succumb to good old-fashioned diseases which do actually exist, like typhoid and cholera?

And is that not a rigged (pardon the pun) industry ? Oil price drops, withhold oil 'til the price rises, then release it. Gold and silver are similar, price rises, big banks release loads of PM's, price drops, big banks then buy it back. The problem at the moment is lack of physical silver, the bullion dealers will sell it at a premium, they don't want Joe Bloggs holding silver and gold.

Someone seems very reluctant to let the great unwashed hold gold and silver, the spot price is being supressed, but buying physical PM's is hindered by large premiums over spot. you can get ETF's for silver without VAT, but there is not enough silver to cover all the silver owned on paper, somewhere in the region of 250 times as much on paper than exists.Silver and gold is not about making a quick profit, it is a way of maintaining any wealth you have. There are hundreds of videos online regarding PM's, most are singing from the same hymn book.
