I'd say people have got more of an appreciation of manual workers these days after all what's gone on, and how important they are.

I've seen on TV how owners/landlords of pubs and coffee shops can't get staff even with othering more money.

Now your new found love of leftism and the working man should make you happy the working man, woman or other can finally get paid a better wage and work in decent conditions. If you get your way working conditions will fall along with wages.
