Goosed For A While Yet

That is a standard-issue loony left attack on "the tories" by a newspaper that likes to maintain the pretence that there is a political difference between Labour and "the tories". There isn't of course, the tories have long been loony left.

There is not a single mention in the article of covid magic money, which is the real reason for rising prices.

The main difference I find between them is that the Tories are all about making the rich (including themselves) richer and Labour are more about
Butter is £1.75 in Sainsbury's. Got loads of it.
In 2009, cheap packs of butter were around 84p/ 250g.

I appreciate we have all had a few sleeps since then, but that's one hell of an increase.

In fact, Aldi at the moment are selling cheap butter and posh sea salt butter for the same price. Why wouldn't you?

That Lurpak story has been doing the rounds on the usual left leaning drivel monger news outlets.
Don't worry. Looks like your loony right will remain in power for a while now. Maybe even win again.

They have lost so many MP's due to the get brexit done and its' run up best call them the ERG party. Even advisors.

All those MP's were saying was take it steady not don't get out of the EU. That leaves a load of head bangers that essentially don't care. An have an idea and jump in brigade. However I don't think the real reasons were mentioned at all.

That Lurpak story has been doing the rounds on the usual left leaning drivel monger news outlets. It is a kilo tub they are on about. I can still get butter at £1.79 for a 250g pack. Rent prices in America are rising as well as fuel prices. I didn't realise Brexit would affect USA.
Inflation is affecting most western nations presently. Handily the UK has Brexit to make the UK situation even more dire.

Brexit - utter pile of poo.

Petrol was around 90p a litre then too. Happy days!

Easy way too prove that. Take a picture of that empty butter shelf. I’ll do the same in mine and we'll compare stock. You okay with that?

I happened to be in both Lidl and Tesco yesterday, seeking cream and both had fully stocked butter shelves.

Proves nothing.

You need to provide me with a comparison of percentage of stockouts before and after transition.

Can't see you getting real butter at Sainsburys for £1.75, probably vegetable spread or something.
You'd probably get one of those little packs you get with your hotel breakfast for that price if it was real butter.
