Goosed For A While Yet

Can't see you getting real butter at Sainsburys for £1.75, probably vegetable spread or something.
You'd probably get one of those little packs you get with your hotel breakfast for that price if it was real butter.
I don’t think they’d call it butter if it wasn’t real butter. Only been £1.75 for about three weeks. Before that it had been £1.48 for months. Funny thing though, for the first week it was priced at £1.75, it was charged out at £1.40 for those that did a smart shop. I know that because I started doing the weekly shop when covid started and I seem to have inherited the job since! I know the price of most things that we buy regularly.

I happened to be in both Lidl and Tesco yesterday, seeking cream and both had fully stocked butter shelves.
You couldn’t convince Notch he has a hole in his arse if you gave him a mirror on a stick and a torch if he had heard different elsewhere and it suited his post.

:giggle: Lurpack

In some Lidl’s they have security alarm stickers on the packs

Proves nothing.

You need to provide me with a comparison of percentage of stockouts before and after transition.

It will be far easier for you to take a picture and Mottie to take a picture

How's the taste? Does it come anywhere near to Lurpak or Anchor?

Don't say that about John Prescott ..... Minion will be onto you and then the Fun girl will be telling you that your dull. Then Notch and Nostril will turn up with dribble. It's just not worth it.
Nobody wants a dribbling nostril but who is this Fun Girl of which you speak?

On another page of scaremongering stories was one about a woman complaining that bottled water had gone up by a huge amount. This is a scary story as water is essential to life. If only there was a way we could get safe, drinkable and affordable water to our homes instead of having to buy it in nasty plastic bottles.

My wife has noticed some things missing from shelves at times and also less of them but not permanently. Comes and goes.

I only use butter for cooking and putting on jacket spuds. Very rarely spread it on bread but when I have it’s tasted fine. Try it.

I can honestly say I have never in my life bought a bottle of water, ever - nor would I welcome being offered it for free. It's generally too wet for drinking anyway, I always dilute it down with something.
