Because none of the candidates intends stopping immigration. Why would they?None of the candidates has mentioned stopping immigration.

Also the Tories have been promising to reduce immigration for 12 years now and have achieved nothing meaningfulBecause none of the candidates intends stopping immigration. Why would they?
My next question would have been how many form a mass. Those in the 50's a mass? Why given 1st and 2nd British born generations are these particular people a rather small proportion of the UK's population?
Take out EU movement how many immigtants have settled here in those 12 years? Compare with 1,500 Afghans biught here recently. I understand the UK accepted a fair number of Syrians as well - how many? Also the Tories have been promising to reduce immigration for 12 years now and have achieved nothing meaningful
The number is made up arbitrarily at the time to allow people to exclude the scary foreigners that they don't like but allow the ones they do like.My next question would have been how many form a mass. What's your favourite disease?Yes, he's my pick.
Silly question.What's your favourite disease?
Nonsense. No politician is stupid enough to inflict more damage on the UK. We already are enduring that utter pile of crap BrexitBecause they are supposed to be conservatives, and that's what conservative voters want.
@ellal has pledged to house a couple as long as they are Ukranian. Only pledged mind, not actually done anything about it.The way things are going, I'd say we need about half to one million immigrants over the next couple of years. Problem is, where would they live?
I was questioning the meaning of the word mass. The NOS has figures on resultant numbers including those born here.. I posted info at some point and aren't going to bother again. Actual arrival numbers should be around some where or the other. They can not be that high so why use the word mass. The idea of Mass migration being new is just silly.
I have heard there are 60 ERG members about in power. I wonder how much they can manipulate votes, They are bound to have followers as well.Meanwhile the surviving Johnson supporters winch up their vicious campaign against Sunak.
