Not up to your usual standard!
Fridge clear out egg roll with cheese, avocado and spring onion.
Same again with chilli, ginger and parsley.

Posh cafe breakfast on my way to …….. can't say yet. 
£9.50 with tea and two thick slice's of crusty bread. Not bad value - it tasted as nice as it looked too.

The usual: Tea, toast and tobacco. In that order. Treated myself today with a marmite topping. Needed a B12 b00st.

Cumberland sausage & mushrooms in a wholemeal bun
Scrambled eggs (4) with a splash double cream, a knob of butter, grated Parmesan cheese and chopped chives on wholemeal seeded toast.
…followed by pancakes!
Mrs Mottie has been diagnosed as a coeliac so with pancake night coming up, I thought I’d practice making some gluten free pancakes. Took a few attempts but I got there in the end.
They came out better than 'normal' ones.
Overnight jumbo oats with flaxseed, mixed berries and honey.
