Also good in omelettes, soup, mashed potato, pasta sauces.... or just pasta - cook it, and dress with a glug of garlic infused oil and some chipotle flakes, job done.

Chili flakes would have an explosive effect on my digestion, so i'll stick with chives, or tarragon, thanks.
