If you close the curtains and turn off the lights, does the plate glow?
I didn’t try it but when I was bending over tying my laces, Mrs Mottie commented that there were beams of light shining out of my arsehole!
Poached haddock and eggs this morning. Only had one of the golden yolk eggs left. Look at the difference!

Eggs are fantastic. I love them fried or scrambled. They make a great breakfast, brunch or lunch

Now the laying season seems to have started I pick up half a dozen on my (almost) daily bike ride, always a blue egg in the selection
Scrambled eggs with chopped chives and Parmesan cheese, air fried smoked bacon and air fried toms.
Poached eggs on wholemeal seeded toast, topped with avocado, dusted with cracked black pepper and drizzled with white truffle oil. Simply gorgeous.
Greek yoghurts, mixed seeds and nuts, dried cranberries, honey.
Had a 'Spoons breakfast today, except no eggs - caused by the shortage. Somehow a full English isn't the same sans eggs.
