Your approach is founded on your belief that women do not have a right to single-sex spaces.

I think that is a gross misrepresentation of morqthana's argument.

My point is that the argument "everybody is born either male or female" is false.

Those who do not fit into the fictional binary category, of either male or female, also have a right to use a space that affords them dignity.

As the law has defined woman as a biological female, (and by assumption, a man is a biological male), then the law needs to accommodate those that do not fit into the binary category, so that their rights are respected.
