Woman and Sex, means biological sex.

Since you asked that there have been links to many papers and articles posted here.

Are you claiming that they are all lies?

They are opinions. I understand their arguments but I do not agree with them.

That identifies you as someone who is incapable of behaving intelligently.
Coming from you it's a compliment.
Thanks!
You've proved beyond any doubt your ignorance...
BTW, is Tom (Himmy) your alter ego?
You seem to write in the same style, refer to same links and defend each other...

It is a sad and sorry state of affairs that we now have to have a judge and a court ruling to tell us what a woman is.

OK, so you now accept that intersex babies are born, and the sex cannot be determined accurately?
No, posting an abstract of a study of 10 parents gets you nowhere.
Good morning Denso. I hope you are well this morning.

Identifying your precise position in this debate is proving difficult. I believe the phrase , "like pulling hen's teeth" is appropriate.
Let's take it one step at a time:
Do you accept that same babies are born intersex? And/or it is difficult to accurately identify which sex should be assigned?
Bearing in mind that you have previously argued that in some cases further extensive medical examination is required to assign a sex.
And we are all aware that there is a small window of opportunity to assign the sex to babies, 3 weeks I believe.

Can you also suggest, to the best of your ability, when this further extensive testing began?
Or, if you like, at what point in neonatal medical science, did they begin to realise that some babies are born intersex, and that further extensive medical examination was required to determine the sex of some babies?

I accept some cases are more difficult than others but that the correct sex is recorded after examination, boy or girl.. Everyone is entitled to lead their lives the way the wish, irrespective of what is recorded.

I don't know.

o you refuse to consider an alternative argument?
People take different positions and are more persuaded by one argument rather than another. That's just life.

It isn't a case of "refusing to consider".

So medical science, especially in neonatal care, never makes mistakes?
Despite the difficulties associated with accurate diagnosis?

I don't know.
Very early concerns that sex is not easily determined began in the 1960s.
But the real further extensive examinations, publication of guidelines, etc began in the early 2000s.

So what do you think was happening prior to 1960s, and prior to the early 2000s?
And what do you think was the repercussions on those people affected? What sex or gender are they now?

Here is a recent publication of guidelines dealing with the assessment of newborn babies, published in 2023.
You can scoot down to the section dealing with genitalia.

I'm sorry, I thought this was a flat refusal to consider an alternative:
No, you'll just twist things. Your view isn't the only one going and I disagree with it.
