My guess is an earlier altercation between the van and idiot riding like a -- idiot.
Love the way the bike is totally flattened by the van and the lad leans over to look at the lifeless carcass of his bike.
Thing is the driver is going to find himself possibly on an attempted murder charge ? but what jury would ever convict him ?
