Clamp down at last - ebikes

This happened April last year at Ringlands a notoriously rough estate in South Wales. The ebikers/drug dealers were a nuisance, so the police used drones to follow them home where they were promptly arrested, bikes confiscated along with drugs.

I think those bikes in the clips are called Surron bikes not your normal pushbike at all

doesn't matter if they are legal or not. they were being ridden irresponsibly. They deserve all they get. Hope the van wasn't damaged too much

You....

I dont agree with mobility scooter driving on the road unless to get back onto a pavement. Its dangerous for you...

The pavements are too narrow, and frequently blocked by vehicles. Safer, rather on and off the road, to just stay on the road, where it is legal for me to be.

Police get enough shoite.
Here, the deserves thanks.

It's a waste in one regard but then again, less of a waste than the scrotes from whom they were seized (y)

And of course, if a driver was to hit them, cue the uproar from the 'parents.'
They always bleat and complain.

I saw a case in the States when teenaged kids decided to break into an elderly vets gaff and shoot at him. When he fired back and killed some and injured others, the parents had the gall to take him to court and sue him.

The judge threw it out.

I have to take you up on that.
The pavements (at least here in Stockport) are in places impassable. The camber often pushes you into the road.
There are trees partially blocking the path.
The other thing is a lot of pavements don't have drop kerbs where they meet side roads.

All this means I often just use the road, especially as my scooter is road rated, and I think Harry's is, too.

Same here, and it has a reg number, but I don't display it.

It is insured, though.
