1) The London congestion charge was introduced in 2003.

2) In 2019 an exemption for EVs was introduced. That was an incentive to get people to move to EVs for emissions reasons, not because EVs don't cause congestion. It was always planned to end on 31/12/2025.

3) It will end on 31/12/2025, just like everybody has known it would since the day it was introduced.

4) This is not news.

Stop letting facts get in the way.
