Climate Change

is there ?
from what I can glean

Concerns exist, but they are manageable and already regulated.
AspectReality
Toxic waste❌ No
Recycling possible✅ Yes (90%+)
Infrastructure ready⚠️ Catching up
Long-term liability❌ Low
CO₂ impact✅ Negligible vs savings
I like the "Recycling possible" (but too costly and polluting.

"Infrastructure ready" = "Catching up" :ROFLMAO: Yeah, same as building affordable homes in London :ROFLMAO:

Pure fantasy!

seems to be 3 positions to take

understand what is happening and modify your lifestyle - this is what I do (a bit but not as much as i should)
understand what is happening and couldn’t care less - fair enough, I often wonder what the point is myself

and then

Believe non of it is true cause trump or the oil industry says so - these clowns live and breathe amongst us
Only you have mentioned trump again he is living rent free in your head no one else cares what he says.
As I have said by the sounds of it I do far more to protect what we have than you do. In your 40 year old diesel van.

not ignored at all, yes there is an environmental cost in the production transport and fitting of solar panels, but it is way less than producing the electricity via gas or oil
It is estimated my 9kW system inc batteris the environmental payback is 2 - 3 years and system should last 20 years
Environment pay back 3 years lifespan 20 years outlay cost recoupe in 25 years.
Feel scammed yet

how are you with clocks and time - according to you my van was 30 yo an hour ago

Not at all, the estimates given with the system as to financial payback were 8 to 9 years - however it has outperformed the predictions in every single month, (may be it was just extra sunny last year ?) but if that continues pay back will be 6 years

But but you don't want it to be sunny- global warming remember is evil man made and you in your 50 year old diesel van are making it worse.
Both of you are the same hypocrites proudly displaying it so with your avatars.

Nope, 9 years at the moment, saving around £1300 a year. 6 years left.

The morons who reject solar panels because they're good for the environment , even though they're a great financial investment, are odd.

Saving £1300 in electricity per year ? are you not using any mains power at all in the whole year. I dont think you could be charging a car because you drive a 60 year old diesel van

your vans 10 years older than mine

I suspect aveatry is unaware of export tariffs, during the summer months I am getting over £40 a week for what I sell back to the grid

Get rid of your 70 year old diesel van and you could charge up an EV van for free

get more money exporting it, I've sold just over £600 worth since last may, I suspect I will be exporting about £900 a year
