That's a major part of the problem! Well, White Lightning, then...
Look at all the recent big headlines involving serious injury or death caused by drunk youngsters.
Gary Newlove, even that total idiot Brain (he didn't have one) who wiped out several innocents because he chose to get drunk & got in a car, just to name two.
By what means has to be thought over (probably a multi-faceted approach), but get the alcohol off these kids & behaviour (and casualty statistics) will improve very quickly.
I don't think many will argue with that.

Went to sweden a few weeks ago(stockholm). Lads weekend. First thing was to stock the fridge up with beer. There was one shop and not another for miles that sold alcohol.
They I.D'd practically everyone and properly aswell. Never seen anything like it. 5 out of 7 us had passports on us and they still wouldn't serve us.
Yet where i live there's about 6 shops within 500yards which Ive been buying alcohol from since i was 16.
Its probably much the same throughout the whole country yet the government thinks its all because tesco sell cider too cheap.
Call the police better than getting stabbed, mind you if it's you....

I was walking through town after shops had shut, some horrible kid was kicking beer can against shop windows, I shouted at him loudly, he was intimidated and slunk off (result! )
then some other interfering busybody came up to me and harangued me for shouting at other people's kids
