I don't think they are a standard UK screw. Which side of the pond are you wanting them for?
Tri lok or Tri wing....used commonly to hold your aircraft together when you fly to Spain to get pi$$ed for a fornight

have one of these sets, yet to find a screw they don't fit.
Line-head driver? Never found one of them myself but they are quite rare.
