Of course you can't. You were trying to be dismissive, but you had no material to be dismiss with. Like a comedian coming on stage and trying to be funny without any material. you manage to create your own faceplant scenario.

Irony alert!!!

You don't like me scrutinising and critiquing your comments? How surprising
Thank you for agreeing.

All businesses need to do is provide

Male
Female
Disabled/others (call it what you want)

Job done.
That infringes on their human rights to privacy.
For example, take a transgender who has not disclosed to anyone that they are transgender.
For years they have been quietly living their life in their transgender role.
Suddenly they are legally obliged to declare their transgender status by using a different single-sex space.
Their right to privacy has been trashed.

All businesses need to do is provide gender neutral spaces.

It’s obvious Tom wears a dress and has an issue with a bathroom visit.

I feel for him, I hope it’s not damaged you too much.
I see you have exhausted your ability to contribute in any meaningful way now.
That didn't last long.
One opening comment which consisted of posting a link, and then it was downhill all the way for you.

Suppose a transwoman has been quietly using the women's only space for years, without any problem.
Suppose it's in a work environment. They have never disclosed to anyone that they are transgender, perhaps for reasons that they are aware of bigoted attitudes towards transgender in that environment.
Suddenly, they switch their use of the spaces to the men's or the disabled/call it what you want.

What will the rest of the workforce deduce? How will they react?
How will it affect that transgender person's comfort (and ability to work effectively) to continue working in that environment?
How will it affect their career path if the management share the transgender critical belief?

Do you understand now?
