Is there a Blank Plate for a Pull Switch that I could replace my pull switch's with ?
As I don't want to try and fill holes in the ceiling, never look good.

I think a hole in the ceiling filled with filler has got to look better than a disused pull cord switch.

The trick to filling holes with filler is to do it bit by bit if deep and allow each application to dry thoroughly between layers. I find Diall coving adhesive and filler very good as a fine filler that is mega easy to sand when dry.
I don't use it as an adhesive, just a filler. But ignore the reviews, it sticks well and sands to a super smooth finish.

Leave the hole but remove the hub and use a std square blanking plate?

Would definitely try the filler as suggested. It's amazing what you can do with one finger.

Hmmm.

As regards the blank plate, you could just cut the string off the pull switch.

Assuming there is just a hole and no wiring in the area, several lollipop sticks with a bit of string on the centre.
Mix some filler and use your finger to coat the inside perimeter with filler and shove the sticks upwards, using the string to pull both sides into the wet filler.
Allow to dry then cut the string and slowly backfill the hole with layers of filler.
Sand
