Cage them or..?????

I was told at work today about a certain reported story.
I was so disgusted at the sentence this animal got, that I decided to google the story in order to read the facts.

Wish i hadn't............ Before I found the story, I saw the many, many news reports of a hell of alot worse. Obviously I knew this AND much worse goes on.

My question is..........what should we do to these animals.?????

Surely banging them up is a complete and utter injustice to society and humanity, at least as I know it.

They HAVE to be GONE from the planet ...
But how ???????????????????????? What would YOU do..?????

the legal aid solicitors should refuse to defend these animals too, where there is clearly no defence!

What do you feel should be done with them...?????

 

They should be named and shamed, and their address should be made known.

Think of what priveliges he will get.

He'll be so hated, he will now get protection, on civi street, new name,money, yep, he's sick, but he'll get looked after.







And we put up with it,

 

then people will get their hands on him and.....

this is the reason there is justice in the death penalty,,,,full stop.

it will be the end of his arrogant-aggressive-useless-moraless existence,
and the child and it's familly will get a just reward, unless they wish to forgive(but in cases like this i very much doubt it )

I hate any wrong done to the innocent makes me v. sad/angry.

just to add,, this case is something we've been made aware of but, a lot worse has happened, and is still happening, especially in the war zones, and so on,( sometime, by the so-called, "good guy's" )

 

This creatures a "Barbarian" and should be treated so.
Head off then placed on a stake in his town centre.

 

personally i feel cases like this help the cause to reintroduce the death penalty

do not wan't to start a big bun fight on here over it

what do you do with them

cos all they are now is an ongoing bill

 

I dunno what’s worse. The fact he broke a Childs leg in a fit of pique or the fact the judge ’ Judge Sylvia de Bertondano‘ only gave him 3.5 years (more like half of that in reality). I don’t believe he deserves to die but the sentence is pathetic. I would have though double that to be more fitting. When we did away with hard labour we did away with the next best thing to corporal punishment. A sad day

 

what was his relation to the kid?
it says "He drove her home and told the parents she had complained of a pain in her leg.".. so it's not his kid..
what the hell was she doing in his car anyway?
the parents have to take some responsibility in this too..
if they trusted him with their child..
surely if they knew him they knew what his temperament was like, or they didn't know him well in which case why let their daughter go anywhere with him?

either way it ought to be an eye for an eye.. let the mother smash his leg with a sledgehammer.. see how he likes it..

 

3.5 years = out in 18 months

No justice.

Shoot him in the head and put him out in a black sack with the rest of the rubbish.

Truly awful.

Personally, I would have not have put my youngest in the care of someone I didnt know, but its done and this poor child has been hurt.

Why cant parents be a little more responsible to ensure this does not happen.

And, as well as the thug that did it, Id like to make the parents aware of their disregard for their childs well-being.

As for 18 months.... some people have done far more time for a lot less!
