I just bought a CO detector & have tried to check if it works ok, I have put it by the gas cooker, gas fire, blown cigarette smoke on it & put it outside a few feet downwind if the flue of the gas boiler. It always reads 0 PPM. Surely this thing is dud!. theres not much point in these things if you cant guarantee they work. :?:

The only one of those which should give you a co reading is possibly the cigarette and you need a good detector to pick up that amount.

I am positive you can buy some spray or such like to test em

I am too fat and lazy to find it for you as I have just got in from a very very long day

PS I hate customers

;)

links didn't work for me

anyway.
