The name of the line that seperates a circle into two equal halves is... <JARRING CHORD>
The line that seperates a circle into two equal halves!

Well done.
The name of the line is a chord.

Who wants to be asked the question and gave the answer as the diameter.

Well the length of that particulat chord is inded the diameter of that circle but they asked for the NAME not the LENGTH .

I emailed my correction but they ignored it.

Proving that the posters on this forum are more savvy than the programme makers

Ask someone this (Do not write it down just ask verbally)

If a brick weighs 7 pounds and half a brick then what does a brick and a half weigh

You could use kilos instead of pounds if you`re young enough.

or for us oldies (again verbally only)

Which is greater six dozen dozen or half a dozen dozen?

I`ll be back with more "ten penny shots" as my junior School head used to call them - 10 quick questions to test us - He`d suddenly burst into a class and announce it was tenpenny shot time.

It kept us on our toes but we remembered him affectionally

If we are described as black/brown/white/yellow etc it is the colour of our skin not our hair or fur that defines it

I understand what you are saying, but how many polar bears do you see without fur? we describe things as we perceive them.

I think your reasoning is incorrect, if our outer layer (skin) be it black/brown/white/yellow etc was removed we would all be pink.
