might be just me , I have worked on condensate neutralizers in Italy, they are compulsory on systems over 37KW, never seen any recommendations or stipulation here in the UK , probably me not keeping upI'm afraid, as others have said, your installer is typical Whooshitter Botch box of plastic installer!! why only over 37kw ian ?they are compulsory on systems over 37KW,
ye i guess that but i can't see the sense in it tbh , there wouldn't be much difference in volume of acidic water between say a 35kw and 37kw ,Volume of acidic water going into the drains/water table/local waterways.
