Double socket stopped working

Any idea why this socket can be switched off by a fuse spur though ?

It is the requirement for more than one socket on spur.
Are there more hidden away?

A spur being a branch circuit from a ring circuit.
The Fused Connector Unit is not a spur although lots of people call them that for some reason.

Well, it could have been originally just for the conservatoire socket (DP switch for isolation in case of issues), and had the other socket added later, or it could have been fused down because there was more than one outlet.
