no government actually run the country they dictate what has to change and the civil servants inform them if its possible and how it will happen
with no government input very little would change

I sometimes wonder whether we need a separate parliament in Westminster. Perhaps it will evolve into an English parliament to mirror those in Scotland and Wales, all under the command of Brussels of course.

Some of their faux pas are brilliant. This one of George Galloway's: “not everybody needs to be asked prior to each insertion” in support of Julian Assange, was a classic.
