Go fishing - unusual for people to fish less than 2m apart anyway. Always open air and usually much further apart.

it's not just about these activities. During the height of the outbreak, they didn't want people travelling and moving around. People often travel a long way to go fishing, play golf, tennis, etc, etc. They need to buy food, petrol, use service stations, may break down needing assistance, have an accident, etc, etc, etc. All possibly spreading the virus. It's like when there's an outbreak of foot and mouth in livestock. All animal movements are forbidden. Humans are no different.
