Highly Unprofessional Behaviour By Co-op Staff

No, I haven't. Just posted my experiences this morning.
It's an interesting point - what you posted was an outline of your experiences but not a complaint. If you had written it and sent it to Coop Customer services, then would it have become a complaint or remained just a bit of a conversation point?

Or does a complaint have to include words along the line "I wish to complain" for it to be registered as a complaint?

Always best to put them in if you are complaining.
If you just want to mention what happened you would put something like;

Dear sir/madam, I would like to draw your attention to........

What were you doing in a co op buying stateside pizzas for?? Have you tried there own brand? They cost about £4 each in the chill section, they are GOOD!!

Because they were cheaper and BOGOF. I'm on a very limited budget now.

Thats not very polite is it?
He tells you his opinion of a certain pizza and you tell him to BOGOF!!! :LOL: :LOL:

you can't trust the Co op , they had sale on "Socks for sale" buy one get one free.
