Holy Smoke

Correct. (y)

I imagine a line in the law could be written to reflect that amount and enforced at street level. A certain amount is already tolerated anyway, so why not make it official?
So you could carry 25g on you and have 25g in your house and 25g in your garage or shed and 25g at work? Would it be ok if legalised to drive and work using it ?

I remain in favour of decriminalisation to the point where a limited amount is allowed for personal use, such as the 25g permitted in Germany, as previously discussed.

If it is so harmless and wonderful, why do you want the amount one can possess restricted?

It's still an uphill struggle, as the difference between the story of Alfie and the national headlines of a man who died after taking medi-weed.

Dope propaganda has always had it that cannabis cannot kill; that there is no lethal dose.

Yes, i suppose you could; although a digital ID card could be used to verify any purchases made at an officially licensed shop - notwithstanding the black market which will always be there for folk who want to maintain a regular supply...a devolved free market would make prices more attractive on an untaxed seller who could circumvent such rules put in place for lawful purchasers of a weaker strain.

Sounds a better option to leave things where they are then, keep them illegal and avoid all of the legislation and hassle.

Just on the news a thug high as a kite on cannabis run over an old lady on his e bike and killed her. He showed no remorse so shows the type of people that take cannabis, keep it illegal for the good of everyone, not just a few thugs.
