I have a Texecom Premier Elite 48 panel and want to add the Smartcom CEL-0001 Wifi unit.

It's not that, but I now have the code, but even though in Engineer mode still won't connect. Seems to think it's in modem mode, not generating the 6 digit code?

If both solid blue try going into eng press 7 yes scroll to reset digi press yes now try to connect

Have you followed the smart com connection guide ? Smartcom on com1 ( 4 wire connector ) ip com is on com2
It’s got a UDL code , ect , if so have you done a digi reset ?

In comms section via keypad there is a reset digi option ....press yes , now try connect ...

Yes, I have done that previously. The current panel messages are Com 2 fault, and when trying to connect the Connect app it said modem in connection please wait and then Ack failed? Also said was connecting by Arc 1?

Go into eng utils from keypad , scroll options till it says view unique ID number ....does it have one ?
