the way that flue dips up and down it will hold water so no wonder the flue is dripping. in fact i bet it is sagging with the weight of the condensed water. I don't know how they can look you in the eye and charge you £x amount for that.

What is is with BG using Glow worm boilers as well. i always thought they used there own(worcester)

I know a chap who was quoated £2000 + vat for a glow worm boiler alone + fitting from BG. but that is another tale. God I love pricing against BG.

why dont you ring corgi and complain about the install. Innform them that you have an uncommisioned gas appliance running which is potentially spilling POC and condensate inside your propety,; you've tried to get the installing company back and they haven't yet been. Let the corgi inspector earn the money we pay them each year, get the ruff arse fitters that did this off the register and give BG a kick in the right dirrection to getting it put right.

I have a Commisioning/Completion Report in the file that the girlfiend signed ( I was at work).

Is this it? Doesnt look anything special. I got a more impressive certificate when I had double glazing installed.

Have to say I never sign those thing or if I do I put "not tested to my satisfaction yet!" on them.
