On that basis, you have to wonder why there are any fanatical Jews left.
Nothing fanatical about defending your country. How many terrorist attacks have Jews mounted around the world?
I have no wish to continue to derail this thread from politics and this will be my last point. Out of the three main Abrahamic religions of Judaism, Christianity and Islam, only one still has the penalty of death for apostasy.I meant fanatical in the sense of fundamentalist.
Jews? Or Mossad and the state of Israel? How many terrorist attacks have Jews mounted around the world?

In the sense of him saying Islam is a more extreme religion, yes. Take a look at the NAR and tell me their full of happy-clappy Christians.seems to be true:

I'm really not following, how the age of the religion can have anything to do with the fundamentalism.I meant fanatical in the sense of fundamentalist.

I was following through on the argument from another poster that religions get more moderate as they get older. It is something I've heard several times before. People often argue that Muslims are still at the stage Christians were at 600 year ago. I don't actually believe it.
What do you believe?
OK, so what do you believe? There has been no evolution in the Christian or Jewish faiths?I don't know the reason. But this explanation has always seemed far too simple. And as I posted above, following your logic, there shouldn't be any fundamentalist Jews by now.

Evolution? They believe God made the Earth and all that dwell in it, in 6 days.OK, so what do you believe? There has been no evolution in the Christian or Jewish faiths?
