Lucy Letby found guilty.

Reading Filly's outbursts last night, made me wonder if the outcome of a case like this may have been different, had capital punishment still been an option?
In a case where there were no 'smoking gun', would a jury err more on the side of caution over their decision?
As some on here seem to want to promote capital punishment, could conversely, Lucy have been found not-guilty if that was the punishment that the prosecution was going after?

Letby was the only nurse present, during all the incidents.

You can't point the finger at any other nurse, who wasn't there.

You going soft tranny?

Nah

But I have always said 100% guilty no ifs and buts

Which generally means a smoking gun ??

10 month trial jury members probably lost the will to live listening to countless experts and there professional opinions ??

Life for her unless a smoking gun
Is found ???

That wasn't RandomGrinch's argument.

It was a general response to this thread by me, aimed at no one in particular.
It wasn't anyone's argument.
Was anyone 'pointing the finger' at anyone else, who wasn't there?
