I have. I only found out a couple of years ago that vans are subject to 10mph less than the displayed speed limit on certain roads. This in itself seems ridiculous, white van drivers are the safest drivers on the roads, should be exempt from speed limits if anything.
not always, Rachel and Jo are quite intelligent -both remainers of courseStupidity runs in the family

So can I. And I find the police to be less than what they should be.I can only speak as I find..
They must know what kind of people they are going to be dealing with. And they still choose to join up. If they can't deal with it, they shouldn't be police officers....the constant crap they must put up with from sections of the public must make them seriously jaundiced and sick at times. They are products of our times and tainted by interactions with many vile unpleasant characters daily.
I'm sure that there are some real police officers who don't like booking dangerous criminals doing in excess of 24 MILES PER HOUR in a 20mph dual carriageway. Why is it that when someone says anything against the police that speeding is always the main argument?
So the police are allowed to operate outside the law because some people speed? nice.

Yes, have you seen the documentaries by Adam Curtis?
