It is a known fact that there are over 17+ million thick as shoite voters in the UK. Some like Rogercon actually thought voting to leave the EU would decrease the numbers of dark faces. It will have the opposite effect.
    Dumb quitters.

I did not watch this programme, but thanks for bringing it to my attention. I had seen the news comment, which I thought was pretty indicative of this government's policy:
    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-43301325

Maybe they will manage to propose a plan by Spring next year, after we have left the EU.

I did like Rees-Mogg's comment about robot replacing workers.
Can you imagine going in to McD for a hamburger, something like this:

Robot: Please listen to the following options. Press 1 for something to eat, press 2 for something to drink, press 3 to just use the toilet, press 4 to just sit and wait for a friend, press 5 if you are not sure, press 6 if you came in by mistake and want to leave, press 7 if you want hear the options again, now press the hash key.

You: Grrrrr! what was the option for something to eat and drink, and to use the toilet? So you press 1 and 2 and 3.

Robot: I am sorry I did not receive the correct response. Please listen to the following options. Press 1 for something to eat, press 2 for something to drink, press 3 to just use the toilet, press 4 to just sit and wait for a friend, press 5 if you are not sure, press 6 if you came in by mistake and want to leave, press 7 if you want to hear the options again, now press the hash key.

You: Press everything very hard and leave to find a Burger Queen.
Enter Burger Queen and find a robot.

Robot: Please listen to the following options. Press 1 for something to eat, press 2 for something to drink, press 3 for something to eat and drink, press 4 to just use the toilet, press 5 for something to eat, and drink and to use the toilet, press 6 to just sit and wait for a friend, press 7 to wait for a friend, then to eat something. press 8 to wait for a friend, then to eat and drink something, press 9 to wait for a friend, then to eat, and drink and to use the toilet, press 10 if you are not sure, press 11 if you came in by mistake and want to leave, press 12 if you want to listen to the options again, now press the hash key.
Please now ask each member of your party to listen to the same options and make their selection.
If you wish to speak to a human, please stamp your feet and scream at the top of your voice.

You: Stamp your feet and scream.

Robot: We do apologise because there are no humans available at the moment. Please take a seat and we assure you we will attend to you as soon as possible. You are currently 10th in the queue.

You: Leave to find a curry shop, staffed by third generation immigrants, but real people!

Now imagine arriving at hospital/ Doctors' to be faced with a similar scenario.

I think it is more systemic then just simply targeting a narrow demographic, it is dramatically reducing the potential applicant pool.
Currently the potential applicant pool is global. But in the future any new policy will intrinsically exclude EU migrants.
Potential EU applicants will be put off applying as a demonstration against the 'new' policy towards EU migrants, and because of the new uncertainty and difficulties encountered.
Migration into UK, in the future, will be a life-changing, semi-permanent decision, not the temporary decision it is currently for EU migrants, especially the young, mobile, occupationally active workers.

If Merkel is letting in millions of third world aliens, telling other EU countries to take 'their share' and we left EU - how would this not reduce the number of dark faces coming here?

Seems that you are the one who is 'thick as shoite'. You and the other LWRs still don't get it that the floods of economic migrants are here on the orders of multinational business and the money men. They see unlimited immigration as the only way to grow economies, their businesses, and countries GDPs. No matter the cost to the ordinary populations who shoulder ALL the burden and gain little. And the LWRs don't even realise that they are unthinkingly helping the capitalist machine that they are presumably against. Nosey unthinkingly supporting Soros, etc with every word of nonsense he types.

  6. Letting in unlimited numbers of migrants is like an old fashioned pyramid scheme, more migrants means more demands for for goods and services and unlimited cheap labour to service those demands, while those at the top skim off the profits.

Yes -ironic that the LWR / remainers on here dont realise the EU is a neo-liberal institution -the opposite of left wing!

  8. In years to come I envisage a young girl sitting at her computer and then she comes across an old image of a people with a strange complexion, she calls her mother and asks her "why do those people look so pale are they ill and who are they anyway"
He mother replies,"they aren't ill they are British, they are long gone" and her daughter replies "Who were the British mummy"?

If it's far enough in the future, won't they all be white?

That is - apart from the more recent immigrants about whom they will presumably be complaining?

Problem you have is you only think in absolutes and generalisations. There are many hard left who don't like the EU just like many on the hard right. But then there are on the left and the right who support the EU.

  13. Depends on the birth rate, demographically Western Europeans are in decline and could become an endangered species in the not to distant future, it could be a case of who becomes extinct first ,the red squirrel or the bloke on the Clapham omnibus.

  14. You actually could a point, one of the problems is the demographic imbalance between young and old, not enough indigenous young people being produced to compensate for all these unpatriotic old people who are spoiling it for everyone else by still shuffling around well past their use by date.
Why waste time and money raising British children to become workers when you can import ready made workers from other countries, it is a bit like why brew your beer when you can get a ready made pint in Wetherspoons, it is all the fault of feminism
