Planning a White Finish (Radiators, Doors, Skirting, etc.) - Concerns and Questions

I need to paint radiators, skirting, 6 doors/frames, bannisters, hallway cupboards and whatever else I am forgetting. I don't want to do this again for a very long time, so I'd imagine that a water-based finish is a must to avoid yellowing, which it all currently is to varying degrees. Worse in areas with little to no light.

I don't want to overspend on premium paints (I’m not made of money, and it is a rented property. It appears they used oil based), nor do I want to completely waste my time and money on subpar or bad paints. I have various concerns, like yellowing and peeling/bubbling/flaking, previous paint showing through, poor finish, etc, etc. Not only brands, but various options do or don't require primer. It is quite the headache.

I am contemplating a satin finish.

I have sanded lightly everywhere, mostly with a roll (Prodec) 120-grit paper, and some random sheets of 240 in places when I ran out. I have no experience, but I'd assume it is considered a light to medium "keying" depending on my energy levels during the sanding. There's still a glossy look and feel to the woods/rads. I have only sanded one radiator. They have original factory paint and look very drab and yellow.

Advice and paint recommendations? Thanks.

Edit: I'd probably have to use a spray can for the tops grill covers of the radiator. Even when removed the grill design is difficult to paint with a brush.

As a DIYer, I don't recall ever getting any yellowing from Dulux Satinwood, though I avoid the quick drying stuff, it's a nightmare to paint with.
