So Poole A&E will close and Poole voted Tory so they are getting exactly what the Torys were offering - a decline in NHS services. You cannot say they were not warned as the facts had been out there for all to see.

I hope people of Poole enjoy their visit to Bournemouth.

Which report are you referring to as the most recent only looks at their Surgical department and operating theatres.

Where is the clinical evidence it required to be downgraded?

Its a good system:

Cut funding to breaking point, get bad reports, justify closure and justify a shiny new hospital funded by PFI, where some Tory mate gets a nice big bunce.

It seems pretty ****ty to pick on or crack jokes about people that are suffering. Either they're fruitcakes, who need psychological help which they aren't getting, or they're in a really weird situation that surgery can help, but that they can't get. Either way they're suffering, and you're using them as a punchline.
