RNLI

No, its at Waterloo Bridge on the Thames.
Humber station at Spurn Point is a full time RNLI station.
"Established in 1810, Humber is the only lifeboat station with a full-time crew and it has carried out some outstanding rescues during its 200-year history. The crews have been awarded 33 medals for gallantry."

They also helped me out once when I found myself short on fuel there. So top blokes!

They are top blokes (and great girls) and the country would be far worse off without them.
ISTR some (or at least 1) have already left because of the situation.

If the French were to actually stop them as they are supposed to do rather than escort them into English waters (as has been proved/shown) then maybe they would not have to be called out as often.

Theyre all top blokes and blokesses.

But I dont know why you posted that after this exchange:

Although interestingly their busiest station is not on the coast, and is permanently manned, 365x24.
Although its practically on the coast, as its on Spurn Head.
