Soil pipe & flexible ducting leak

Dont need it in the dry section. If there's no soil or waste passing through it, there's nothing to block it.

Looks fine to me, i haven't got a tape measure to check exact compliance, but in many ways out the wall is safer than making unnecessary holes in the roof coverings

Nowt wrong with that, as long as it's above the level of the appliances, and doesn't pong the house or loft out, it's fine. Looks a tidy job.
